Terms & Disclaimers
Terms of use
These terms apply to every digital product sold by Resilient Edge Group. They’re written in plain English so you know exactly what you’re getting — and what you’re not.
For what the website collects and why, see our privacy page.
Overview
These terms apply to every digital product sold on this site by Resilient Edge Group, including The Small Business Cyber Survival Guide, The Household Record, and The Estate Record, together with any renewals, updates, and related materials (the “Materials”). By purchasing or using any Materials, you accept these terms.
Not professional advice
The Materials are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, financial, insurance, or cybersecurity advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, accountant, financial advisor, insurance professional, or IT specialist. Your situation is unique; consult an appropriate professional before acting on anything in the Materials.
No guarantee of outcomes
Nothing in the Materials guarantees any outcome. Following a guide or workbook does not ensure against a cyber incident, data breach, financial loss, claim, dispute, or unfavorable result. Cybersecurity risk can never be fully eliminated, and the outcome of any estate, financial, or legal matter depends on facts and circumstances outside the scope of these Materials.
Currency of information
The information in the Materials is current only as of its publication date. Laws, regulations, court procedures, and best practices change, and they vary by state, county, and jurisdiction. Verify deadlines, filing requirements, and procedures with your local court or a qualified professional before relying on them.
Use at your own risk
The Materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use the Materials entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resilient Edge Group and its authors, owners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Materials — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, security incidents, or unfavorable legal or financial outcomes — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because the Materials are digital downloads that cannot be returned once received, no refunds are given after purchase. If a file is damaged or a download fails, contact us and we will provide a replacement copy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter into any fillable Materials and for keeping completed copies secure. Treat a filled-in workbook — especially one containing accounts, passwords, or estate details — as highly sensitive, and store and share it accordingly.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The Small Business Cyber Survival Guide is refreshed approximately every six months; renewal purchases keep you current with the latest published version.
