Resilient Edge Group sells plain-English guides and fill-in records. This page explains what information the website collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What you write in our products stays with you
The records are downloadable PDFs. Anything you fill in stays on your own device or on paper. We never see it, and there is no account to create.
When you buy something
We ask for your name, email address and country so we can send your order and receipt. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details go straight to them and never pass through or get stored on our site.
When you sign up for the free card
We keep your email address and which page you signed up from. We use it to send the card, a short series of follow-up emails, and an occasional note after that. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works with one click.
When you contact us
We keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, what device they use, and which site sent them here. This uses cookies. It doesn't tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't run advertising tracking on this site.
Children
This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
